Cardboard Panel Filter

Panel filter is a type of eco-friendly prefilter manufactured with profile pleated synthetic media, which enlarges the effective filtration area , extends life-time, reduce maintenance cost and ease labor intensity to replace the filter.

Special Features:

Water-proof cardboard frame of natural wood pulp made by tools, lightness in weight and convenience in installation.
Internal medium is adhered with frame, giving a secured sealing and preventing airflow from leaking out.
Downstream side of the synthetic media is specially finished smooth to refrain second pollution from shedding fibers.
Media characterized with high loftiness, low resistance and high dust holding capacity.
Waste is disposable and can be incensed conveniently, meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
Glass-fiber can be used as an alternative at customer's request.
